"Chanel Tate, my initial contact, LISTENED to my needs and reviewed them with me to ensure she understood everything needed. She promised a return email to include a quote within 30 minutes. She told me from the start she wanted to earn my business. Once the written quote arrived, she followed up by phone to ensure everything was correct. I received three quotes that day and while Ashe was not the lowest (by only $50). Chanel had indeed EARNED my business before we accepted the contract. We had bought a bedroom suite via Facebook and needed to have it picked up and delivered to us, some 90 miles and one state away. The crew showed up as promised and carefully disassembled and wrapped each piece and left the sellers home just as they found it - courteous and professional. Right on time, they arrived at our home and disassembled our old furniture and placed it in the garage as weâ d arranged. Then they laid a new area rug for us before placing the new furniture. They had the required tools and expertise and made quick work of installing 5 large and HEAVY pieces. The operation, including a 90 minute drive was concluded in 5 hours total. We could not have been more pleased with the entire experience and would certainly consider them again."

FAQs for in-state moving service projects in Boone, NC

Laws differ from state to state, but the number one rule is that you cannot move a mobile home on your own. You have to hire a licensed mobile home moving company. While each state is different, you’ll also have to research HUD codes, permits, and other laws specific to the area to ensure your move follows all necessary regulations.

Yes, a permit is required to move a mobile home. You must secure permits in the state of origin and in every state through which the mobile home passes. When moving across state boundaries, obtain a permit for each state. Your moving company assists in acquiring all required permits, ensuring strict compliance with local regulations during the entire relocation process.

No, you cannot move a mobile home built before 1976. Mobile homes constructed before 1976 do not meet current safety standards and must not be relocated. The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development enforces strict guidelines that prevent moving older models. Verify the build year and comply with all HUD regulations to ensure safety and legal compliance.
