"They immediately covered the floor upon coming in and it remained covered until the job was finished. They came when they said they would and did exactly what they planned to do. They marked all cabinet parts they removed so they all went back to the exact spot they came from. Doors and drawers were taken to their shop and dipped. They even removed panels in doors that are there to allow for insertion of glass panels in case I ever want to change the wood panels out for glass. They came several times to do the painting in steps. They even added an extra coat because they didn't think it was as well-covered as it should be. They were very attentive to detail. They added cushioned pads to the doors and drawers so they wouldn't chip paint when they closed. Everything was put back exactly where it had been. The cabinets look great!"

They came quickly and they were here in a few hours. Two people came out and gave us an estimate, and it wasn’t high pressure or anything like that, which I liked. We wanted to get it done, so they started the whole process right there.  They were quick response and gave us a good estimate and stuck with it, so we were happy with them. The insurance company reimbursed us with the cost because they were able to prevent major damage. They are certified. I was very happy with them. I wouldn’t know how to compare them but, considering what we were facing because we had major cabinet damage and floor damage, so I thought that they were reasonable. They will actually do the rebuild if I want to but we wanted to go ahead and replace the cabinets. The salesman was nice. They had a follow up call and came back a few days later to check on things."

"The hardest part about this job was getting Mr. Coffey and Mr. Scott to come out to give us an estimate. I know it is the busy time of the year and that they live nearly an hour away from us, so even this wasn't so bad. We were very happy with the price they quoted and didn't even end up talking with any other contractors. They did a tremendous job once they got started, too. You can tell from looking that they take pride in their work and just want their customers to be happy. They replaced a little more siding than we had agreed to because they said it wouldn't have looked right otherwise and they didn't even charge me for the material. Mr. Coffey would meet me each evening when I got home from work to show me what they had done that day and also alert me if he found anything concerning. That personal touch makes sure that you are getting exactly what you want. He even noticed my junk pile on the last day and offered to haul it away since he had to take the scrap from the job to the dump anyway. These guys do tremendous work and really do just want you to be happy with the job they have done. We are already talking to them about some interior work once the weather starts to turn. <br />"
