This is my second time using their services and both times I have been extremely impressed with how professional and timely they are. We hired Tyler last year to prep our back yard and install sod. The results were great and we were extremely happy with the results. This year, we decided we wanted to start a garden in our back yard and due to the maintenance required to upkeep the grass we decided to remove the sod and convert it to a turf surface. We contacted Tyler for a quote and received an estimate for the cost. We did some additional research and determined the quote was fair and in line with competitors for the service. "The service for the big deal from Pennygreen for 149 for lawn aeration was real good. Everything was fine. They showed up on time. They did the job. It looked good. There were no additional costs. They charged exactly what they said they would charge you. The pricing is definitely an 'A' because I have another landscaping service that I have been using for other things but their price for aeration was way too high. They just recently quoted me again and knocked like 90 dollars off and they are still way too high. I know that it was a special and maybe not the ongoing rate but either way it was very good."

"In late fall, I noticed that a piece of a stone wall abutting my driveway had broken off and was drifting into the driveway. Concerned that the wall would fall into the driveway, I contacted Quinn Brothers Masonry. They came out within two days, assessed the situation and gave me an estimate. The work involved taking down both walls, knocking off old mortar on the stones, and removing ivy. After the walls were taken down, protective covering was placed on the exposed dirt, and drainage pipes and gravel were installed. They then rebuilt the walls, using the original stones. While rebuilding the walls, Patrick Quinn advised me that my stone house foundation had been compromised by paint and old mortar. I authorized additional work to restore the foundation. The paint on the stone foundation was removed and the old mortar was taken out. Then, the entire foundation had new mortar installed. I am extremely pleased with the results and will definitely hire them again."
