After consulting with us (roof had tiles, had leaked before, and the age of the roof) we decided to replace the roof. "The whole process went great from the bid until they finished.   <br /> Unlike some of the companies we called, they came out to look at the house and gave us a free bid with several options.  We did have to wait about 3 weeks for the work to be done, but that is normal for this time a year.  The workers showed up on time and spent about 7 hours scrapping moss of the roof with small brushes, cleaning the gutters, picking up all the debris and cleaning up our driveway, walkway and deck.  It was raining the day they came out, so they had to come back a few days later to put on the treatment. After putting on the treatment they hosed down our windows, plants, driveway, walkway and deck.   <br /> Everyone we worked with was friendly and professional.  We will call them again when we need our roof or gutters cleaned. <br />"

"Ricardo Gallegos responded quickly to my request to bid on a low slope PVC membrane roof repair. His bid was reasonable and clear, better than several other companies. The Job: My roof was installed incorrectly around the chimney by the original installer which caused the decking underneath to rot out. Ricardo repaired the roof in September 2025 and I am writing this review in December 2025 after several very rainy days and am happy to say the job is holding up very well!
