"This is updated review post is to correct grammatical errors in my prior post: Well, what does one say when a diamond is found. As far as a painting professional, Joe Asaro is that diamond. Several years ago, Joe painted the stucco and wood trim on our entire home. The paint has held up incredibly on both the stucco walls and the wood wood fascia and eaves and I would not even considered touch up painting as necessary if it was not for the replacement tile roof installed a short time ago. With the tile installation, the new trim rake tiles where installed exposing more wood than before and therefore, Joe's services were necessary again. As always, Joe met me at my home, walked the site with me and promptly sent to my email his proposal and as prior, the price was very reasonable, especially for the workmanship that Joe provides. Joe is hard working and honest and the quality of work he provides is "top notch" and proven by the lasting of time. "Luis and Larry worked with me on getting my painting projects done.  They were very accommodating regarding my schedule and what I wanted done.  Each room had a different color.  They prepared the rooms and cleaned up after they were finished.  After they had left and the paint had dried, I noticed a few small areas that needed touching up.  They were very happy to return and take care of it.  I will certainly call them back when I have another painting project.

"He did a very good job, very clean. They were perfect, could not be any better. Dave and his brother were great. They do quality work, they keep the work area clean, they dispose of their own paint. They don't clean any of the brushes or equipment at your house, they take it away with them. That is very important because they are not destroying your grass by washing out their equipment at your house."

"The stucco had to be rebuilt from the studs out because it was all rusting and rotting. The work went according to plan, and I painted the new stucco myself to save money, after waiting a week or so for the stucco to cure."

"Everything was fine until they re-installed the lights on the outside of our garage.  The painter said , after examining the situation that there was a problem with the wiring.  I hired an electrician (for $75 and hour) and he found that the light bulbs were no good)  Now, i contacted them on the 8th of June and it took them 2 weeks to respond.  They said it would take awhile to schedule and didn't offer how long it would take, then I noticed a small defect in the finish and contacted them about that, they said it might be a few weeks before they could schedule a man to come out to repair that as they were in the middle of  couple of jobs and would contact me as soon as there was an opening.   After 5 weeks  I finally called them a insisted they do the repair ASAP and after another week they finally had  a man come and do the repair.  The man was very  polite and took genuine interested in my concern and completed the repair that day.  I was satisfied very with the work.  Mr Montoya, the owner contacted me personally, apologized and informed me that the person responsible for the scheduling was fairly new, unfamiliar with their responsibilities and would receive additional training so that this occurrence should not happen again.  He also reimbursed for the electricians fee.  As a result I have re-evaluated my assessment of his services and yes, I would hire him again.   "

"They were really great. They scrubbed and power washed everything. They did a neat job, the price was better than competitors. The workers were very polite and clean. They cleaned up after themselves and I was very happy with the work that they did."

"They entire team was professional and worked quickly and quietly.  They cleaned up after each painting session and Jesus himself inspected everything. He has a great eye for detail and makes sure that everything looks perfect.  I was really pleased with his work and the professionalism of the team.  I have already hired him to texture coat some walls and paint them in a small apartment as well.  
 The thing that people should know besides the fact that this company is professional and efficient is that they also do a lot more than just paint.  They can do exterior stucco, cabinetry, texturing of walls and painting and MUCH more!  I have a tight budget so I am doing things gradually, but I couldn't be happier with the results!!

"Landmark construction and energy crew executed a whole kitchen renovation for us, including custom cabinets, new floors, new countertops, electrical (sub panel with lights and switches), recessed lighting covering, plumbing fixtures, took down wall to expand the kitchen area by merging it to the living room space. The cost included all the materials for cabinets and countertops, backsplash tiles, new floors and the appliances. We are thrilled with our new kitchen! Charlie, Nir and the workers did an excellent work and while the whole job was completed in less than a month. You could see how hard they worked in order to keep the work moving so it will be done in that time period that they originally promised us. On top of that, they worked hard to get things to our requirements (i.e. to stain the cabinets, complete the paint etc…). We all were pleasant and satisfied to have them work at our house and mainly with Charlie (project manager) that was approachable and supportive when we had requests or problems. I must mention that on few times, we were bothered with some of the workers when they didn’t show up when they should, or worked more hours on the electricity panel. Clearly enough, it’s normal that you must have to handle a lot of problems when you decide on going for this type of project. The final cost was the same as we agreed with them at first, although we were sure that it will be increased due to some additional things that we did during the work and that were not included in the first estimate/agreement. Overall, we would give LANDMARK CONSTRUCTION AND ENERGY CREW Construction a strong recommendation!"
