"Alliance Landscaping was friendly, responsive, and professional in everything they did. We explained what we wanted, and they came back with a quote within our budget. We then realized that we would like to have it done in time for a big event, and they moved up the start date to suit us. They showed up on time, worked two long days, and were done early on the third, ahead of schedule. We had no landscaping in our backyard, so we just had a jungle of weeds and some old concrete in weird sections. They removed the weeds and a small chunk of concrete, then poured a new patio. They then used the existing concrete divisions to design a yard with gravel and plants, with a patch of mulch for a play area. They also added an irrigation drip line with a timer to water the plants. We can now go back there with our kids and actually enjoy it. Our backyard is now unrecognizable, in the best way!"

They completed 3 retaining walls in a very sloped backyard as well as poured 2 concrete patios and a sidewalk that ran from the back of the house all the way to the back of the yard. They used colored concrete and had a selection of colors and stamps for us to choose from. They allowed us to make a few changes and additions along the way to make sure it was exactly what we were looking for. They also assisted us in raising our block walls. They arrived early each morning and completed everything in the time they said they would. We received a few quotes and theirs was the best. Coupled with great reviews online and a friend referral, they were the obvious choice for the project. "After the concrete guy I was recommended backed out I was left searching for someone to do the job on short notice. I found Omar and CQC on craigslist and saw they were legit on AngiesList so I gave them a call. Omar came by the same day. He listened to my concerns, he borrowed a copy of the plans and within a few hours he gave a quote. The price was reasonable which is to say he beat most bids. Omar went over the details, gave me some options to cut down on the price without compromising the foundation plus Omars overall knowledge convinced me that CQC was the right company for the job. Couple days later, Omar and his crew showed up bright and early and on time to get started. A few days after I had my foundation for my patio and garage and new slab to existing porch which was also part of the work. Plus they cleaned up the job site! Omar also prep me for the foundation inspection and he also found a couple things the architect missed on he plans. Even architect was impressed. Amazing job! I'm hiring CQC to do my drive way next. "When I went out to the house to see the job I realized the were re-stuccoing the whole house. They did a good job for cheap since the did the whole house. In the end they went above and beyond for what they did. I should have gotten more clarification in the beginning as to what was being done. They did not finish the job in the time they said they would."

"Our original plans were different from the final design. Paul Korody evaluated our plans and suggested changes due to the expense of what we originally asked for. We took his suggestions and ended up with a quote about half of what our original plan would have cost. Paul was professional and so were his crew. They showed up on a Monday morning and finished by Friday, completely to our satisfaction. Docked one notch for missing our first consultation appointment and not calling back by the next day. We almost passed them up because of this. All other criteria we were completely satisfied and would definitely recommend using them again. I did not rate them on price because we are unfamiliar with the landscaping business and other landscaping companies we contacted were unable to quote us right away due to their workload. The pricing did come in under what we had budgeted, so we were satisfied."

"The job took approximately 4-5 months.  Had Kevin and his assistant come daily from 8-5 as stated, it would not have taken so long.  I understand that he was also doing other jobs, and there were personal issues with child care and family,  but I expected a more professional presence.  He would not show for several days in a row and I would not hear anything from him as to whether he was coming back to finish or not.  He would work odd hours, come late and leave early.  I liked Kevin and would have worked with him about the hours, if he would have contacted me, but he didn't.  I can not recommend him.  Maybe he was in over his head, and if so, he should have said something."
