He started the morning after close and worked every day to get it done, even applying two coats to most walls. He was particularly adept at finding the right color that would brighten the walls/ceilings while still speaking to the stained wood doors and trim. "Overall, they do good work and we were very satisfied with the end result. Our project manager, Cyndee, was wonderful! We had her cell number and communicated with her almost daily during the process. Sometimes she noticed things that needed to be changed or fixed even before we did, which was nice. The process took longer than expected due to an unforeseen supplier issue, but Professional Contracting Builders were good about making it up to us however they could. Not every detail was done correctly or to our liking the first time, but they were good about communicating and coming back to re-do the details until we were satisfied. We did have major issues with one of the subcontractors, but those were addressed by Cyndee and ultimately the sub came back (multiple times) and fixed the issues. All the other subs were GREAT and did excellent work! We would hire them again."
