I am doing FREE estimates that take place at your house and I come to take a look to see how big the house is, how many rooms, how dirty the house may be, which appliances you’d like deep clean (those can be extra depending on the state of them at estimate), and set the expectations of what is needed from me one on one. For the first cleaning, the price can be different depending on what I listed above, but the first clean is a deep clean and usually takes longer as well. Then it would be every two weeks after that or month to keep the house in an easier clean state every time I come. The prices after the initial clean also depend on home size and how many rooms, and what in the kitchen you’d like deep cleaned each time. "They used to be very good at customer service and they've gone down a deep dark pit. I have a roller shade that was at one time covered under a lifetime warranty. Now, all of the sudden, it's not covered any longer. How does that happen? I guess their definition of lifetime is 1 year. They claim that certain aspects of the material are prone to deterioration, but how do they know what's happening when they didn't have the decency to investigate the matter? I tried to explain my side but they chose to ignore me. Amanda took two weeks to get back with me in the first place (after several calls and no return calls), and Jessica another week to send me an email after I questioned it (after several calls). I will report them to Costco who I purchased it through, but I have no other recourse. Oh, they are more than willing to help me...As long as I pay. Once they have your money, it's over. DO NOT USE THEM!!!"
