"They were used by the builder. . In order to use them initially we had to sign up a year?s contract with them because of spider and black widow problems. They come every quarter or more often if we need them. They are pretty responsive and if I call them with a problem, they usually send someone out either the same day or the next day. They guy who comes out seems to know what he is talking about. They show up sometimes without calling when I?m not expecting them to show up and sometimes they don?t call to set up an appointment. We don?t particularly care for that because they might say that they showed up and did some work and they might not have done it. They say that they come out and I know that they come out but when we have recurring problems, I wonder if they really do. I just get a bill stating that they had been here and did some work. I can only trust that they had been here. I?m in the process of looking elsewhere and probably try someone else. We will probably go with Arrow"
