"The Project was a complete success from start to finish! Elias, the Project Manager was excellent. We had a major problem with a roof that was leaking . We had several contractors come to look at the roof for estimates. Elias spent the most time of any of the contractors viewing and evaluating the roof and siding as well as the inside of the house where the water was leaking into and discussed the project with the President of Beantown. He was excellent at explaining what needed to be done. It was not your average "roof job" as the roof abutted a large chimney and the room under the roof was cold and drafty. He was very patient with me as I had many questions about the project. Janice, the Office Manager, was courteous and always available from start to finish. The roofing team was very professional and did an excellent job. They also added the appropriate insulation, new siding to the house by the roof, gutters and appropriate flashing. The roof not only looks great, but the room beneath the roof is no longer drafty and there are no leaks. His team cleaned up after the project was completed such that you wouldn't even know they were there. Elias was so professional and he even contacted us after the first rainstorm to make sure that everything was fine. The Office Manager, Janice sent the Roof Warranty to me right away. "We had a great experience with On Top Roofing. They returned my call for a quote request within one day and had someone out to give an estimate within a couple of days after that. We obtained several estimates, On Top was the only company that actually climbed up on a ladder to really look at the area of concern and where work needed to be done during the estimate. After we received the quote, the work was done within the scheduled time and completed as agreed. I would definitely consider On Top again for future roofing needs."

"Absolutely great experience with this company. We thought we needed our vent pipe seal changed and called Willard based on the reviews here. I understand why they get such high ratings. The person who answered the phone was very friendly and she was able to get someone out in just a few days to take a look. The project manager James was great. He checked out the vent and let me know it's actually fine. Didn't try to sell me something that I didn't need, which was much appreciated. He was extremely helpful in explaining what else I should do to try to track down my issue. They completed the repair efficiently and cleaned up thoroughly. "Fredy and Andrea at Global Roofing combine to provide excellent customer service with high quality installation. From quote to complete the entire process was smooth. We were looking at metal roofing first and learned quickly that these folks know a lot about the options, potential issues and installation. Ultimately we went with CertainTeed asphalt shingles due to supply chain price increases for metal, a limited color selection, and because I tend to walk on my roof for a few reasons. On the 1st scheduled day the crew arrived on time and ready to work. They hung tarps and netting to collect all debris and protect shrubs , etc. They moved fast and efficiently with a big enough crew to clear old shingles and start installing new by mid-afternoon. At the end of the day they cleaned everything up, and I do mean everything. By end of day two they were done, once again cleaning everything before leaving. We were very impressed with Global and definitely recommend them for your roofing project."

My husband and I met with Dan who listened to every detail about our project replacing our very old roof and gutters Within a few hours that same day Dan sent us a very reasonable quote to do both roof and gutters. Within 1 week the roofers were here and the roof was done in 1 day Day 2 our gutters were done The clean up was fantastic! They left the site cleaner than before they were here!! The crews were professional, polite and very kind . We did meet with another Roofing Company prior who gave us a long sales presentation and quoted us 3 times the cost to do the same job but I won’t go there because I want this review to shine for a Evans Roifing!
