Customers say: Terrific value

"Colorado Egress is the best subcontractor I have had. They installed an egress and also replaced two regular windows for me. They showed up on time, kept to schedule, were professional and friendly. Most importantly, the work was impeccable, clean, and my windows look great. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to install an egress. I also appreciate that Drew came by the day after to inspect my windows and collect payment. It gave me a chance to address any potential issues, which I didn't have. "

Small jobs welcome

"Back hoe was dropped off by the company owner on Sunday, June 15th to customers driveway. Homeowner had applied for city permit and it was approved and permit issued on June 16th. Colorado Egress dropped on trailer to property on June 23rd and then on June 26th contacted to homeowner to notify to start work on the 27th at 9am. One employee and 2 day laborers were dropped of by the owner to begin work. The first thing they did was laydown plywood to begin work with the backhoe. They were going to just put the dirt of the grass but homeowner provided a tarp to put dirt on as way to help protect the grass. They proceeded to dig with the back hoe and when they got to the sprinkler lines that they were aware of the day labors cut 4 lines , destroyed a lilac bush and demolished a bathroom vent. Homeowners interpretation was that the workers were not educated properly on how to operate and run a back hoe. From that point on the did the digging for the windows by hand. Hand digging of the holes took 4 days. At that time they installed the first window. The window that was installed was not the correct size and did not match the size quoted on the contract. When the homeowner spoke to the employee about this he contacted the owner by phone and relayed a message to the homeowner that he would discount the windows by $500 if the homeowner accepted the current window they were installing. The homeowner did agree but an hour later asked the employee to call the company owner and tell him he wanted to speak to him in person. Company owner came and met with homeowner and it was agreed to install the windows that were on the contract. Foundation had to be re-cut to accommodate the windows that were on the contract . The windows and window wells were installed. The sprinkler lines that were cut were put back together wrong therefore the homeowner had to hire a sprinkler company to correct them for a charge of $125. Contractor hauled away too much dirt and as of today one window well still hasn't been filled in all the way and the landscape around the area has not been put back to how they found it. Interior - Came on job without a shop vac to extract excess water from saw cutting so they used the homeowners. When the windows were being installed no kind of protection was put up to contain the dust. Contractors used homeowners shop vac without installing the filter, All the concrete dust they vacuumed up was going throughout the house and the house now needs to be cleaned professionally.."

"Cesar did an absolutely incredible job redoing our backyard wood patio! From start to finish, he was professional, detail-oriented, and clearly takes a lot of pride in his work. He walked us through the process, gave thoughtful recommendations, and stuck to both the timeline and budget we discussed. The craftsmanship is top notch and the new patio completely transformed our outdoor space. We’ve already received so many compliments from friends and neighbors. If you’re looking for someone reliable, skilled, and easy to work with, Cesar is your guy. Highly recommend!"

His efficiency is something else with how labor intensive these jobs are, too. He?s character and work ethic is rare to find these days. I?m not sure how he does it, but definitely grateful and appreciative. "
