"Do not recommend Fix It 24/7 for any housework. We have used them for both plumbing and furnace installation services and both were done poorly, inadequately and caused the breaking of our shower without the professionals or company taking any responsibility for their actions. With the furnace installation, the city inspectors have been out twice now and found additional issues with the installation. Fix It 24/7 has been out – not only did they not properly address the code issues, but they also took over 2 months to try to address them. With the plumbing services, they came out post the time window at 7pm when my kids were going to bed. They did work until 10pm which clearly meant they were exhausted and not doing a proper job on fixing a brand new shower. They broke the shower hardware in that it now leaks constantly and did not finish caulking the hardware to the shower tile once the job was complete. Incredibly shotty craftmanship. When they returned to address the shower issue, they said it wasn’t related (how can that be on a new shower less than 1 year old that functioned perfectly before they took the hardware on and off to fix a burst pipe AND it took the plumber 20 minutes to figure out how to put the shower hardware back together) and want to charge me another $1,000. You could probably do a better job yourself than hire these half-trained professionals from this s***** a** establishment. Do not recommend working with Tyler or Dustin on the plumbing side, if you decide to work with anyone at all."
