Despite the roof being installed a few years back by a different roofing company, Nick Davies of GreenPoint Roofing came out and inspected the damaged areas and the rest of the roof. He found that only the missing shingle areas were affected and no other damage to the roof existed. A GreenPoint roof repair person came out and repaired the damaged areas and re-inspected the entire roof confirming that there was no further damage to the roof of any kind. "The project was to replace the roof on the house and garage which totaled about 21 squares. Joe showed up on short notice to meet with the Insurance adjuster. The roof replacement was complete in 8 days of when this visit with the Insurance adjuster was complete. Heartland Construction Services completed The house and garage roof in one day which included tear down and re-roofing!! I did had a leak around my chimney which has been a trouble area on the house. I called Heartland on Saturday evening of Memorial Day weekend and their Foreman came out that night for a temporary repair. The Foreman then returned on Wednesday to repair the leak prone chimney. This repair was extremely thorough and a construction work of art!! With great communication and workmanship I Highly recommend Heartland Construction Services!!"

"This is the 2nd time in a year I've replaced my shingle roof due to hail damage. Advanced did a great job on both occasions and were in and done in one day(tearoff and reroof). Bill Davis, the company rep, actually called me the day after the May 2017 storm to see if I needed emergency repairs. He worked closely with the insurance adjuster on both occasions and was present when the inspection was done to make sure all damage was noted. On the prior replacement there were some communication problems with the scheduler but these were addressed and corrected. No problems with schedules this time. Great company to work with."
