We hired Noel of Spectrum Maintenance to repair everything and he did an amazing job with his craftmanship, caring and professional attitude. Always on time, Always considerate of a clean area, Always considerate of our needs. You cannot tell where the holes were. He cleaned up the area and left no trace he was here. Noel is a rare find in todays contractor World for Stucco and drywall repair. Also heard he does exterior house painting. Always our first choice for recommendation's or any future projects."

"Very well. Bryan came out an did an estimate with what he would do to fix our walls. We set up a date for the work to be done. He started work, cutting damaged drywall out to be replaced. He remedied the separation of the rounded metal corners from the wall. He needed to let the damaged area air out, so he returned a couple days later to complete the job. Fixed the drywall, taped and applied the mud. When dry, he sanded, textured and painted the repaired areas. I can't tell that there was work done as everything blends very well into the existing walls. Bryan kept me abreast of each step and explained why. I am very pleased with the work. I strongly recommend his company and would hire him again."

"Hired Ricardo Borjas to paint interior rooms and repair baseboards. His painter did such a great job (fast, neat...no paint splatters) that I asked him to paint entire exterior of house. This included exterior walls and doors and patio cover. Job was done neatly and house looks beautiful. Borjas is not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. My job was done well and done fast.
