My initial call was to replace a sensor on a yard light. After much discussion, this led to a much-needed project of replacing the power pole, burying the power line from the road to pole, new LED yard light, new electric meter, surge protector and generator disconnect. I was very happy with their thoroughness, professionalism and detailed explanation of the work to be performed and updates each day. Quoted one day, I paid the deposit, and someone was out later that day to start the preliminary work. The job was completed quickly."

"It went extremely well.  The spring of 2014 was a wet one, so the install took a little longer than planned, but no fault of theirs.  They actually even finished up in the rain. <br /> We like the system and the fact we can control either the lawn system and the soaker system separately.  In a drought year we know we can keep our plants alive if we have to let the lawn go dormant. <br /> I've waited until we were into our second year to make my assessment, and T&T has been great to work with.  We are also using their maintenance contract to winterize and start the system. <br /> The only issue during the install was they knifed through the electrical cable to our yard light.  I called them and they came back and replaced the cable at no charge. <br /> Early in 2015, I discovered the squirrels, rabbits, or ground squirrels like to chew on the soaker lines... and Ron helped me get some repair parts that allow me to easily fix the sudden water spouts we find in those due to these little critters. <br /> The crew and management are great to work with.  We recommend them. <br />"

My wife and I had to go out of town and I had it set up for the most vulnerable places.  <br /> <br /> I thought the gift card was supposed to be here within 30 days. The house was flooded in Aug. I didn't realize I couldn't set it up, the first part of the house we did after the flood was the den. But we bought a lot of our stuff and kept it in the den because we could only get a small storage bin. 20000 people looking for storage space, there weren't any left. Most of the stuff I have was stored in the den and it has 8 windows, so the windows where the system was going was in the den.  <br /> <br /> Now the motion detector and security system has been set up except for a few window magnets. The alarm is working fine and working correctly.  <br /> <br /> Any problem I had I called customer support and they walked me thru the steps. It was a great price for a home security system. Then for $37 a month, you spend that much on beer for a weekend. I have nothing to complain about so far. It appears to be top notch. The software updated as soon as I turned it on. It was pretty easy and I think anybody would be able to set it up. I activated it and the tech support was great. They were very polite and cordial on the phone.  <br /> <br /> Very professional. It's a fair price for a fair deal. As far as I am concerned it is a great product and the tech support was great. There isn't any place else you can get this good of a security system for this price.  <br /> <br />"

"The work was done well and in a little over an hour. However, the price was $750, and I paid it only because I was short on time and didn't have an advance estimate. The material cost of the service could not have been more than a $100--I checked--so I paid $650 for labor and overhead. That's far too much, but I had my back to a wall. The reason it was so expensive is because they charge based on a flat fee, e.g., $150 a GFCI breaker, which is already high, but most mundane tasks don't take very much time and such a breaker shouldn't cost more than $30 retail. There is absolutely no excuse for those prices; it's price-gouging."

They came to the house and talked about what we wanted, and then mailed 2 us different plans and costs based on what we were looking for. We called to let them know which plan we wanted, and they were able to come out within a week and a half of our call. The job was completed within just a few hours. Professional workers came out, completed the job, and cleaned up. The whole experience was very good and we would recommend them to anyone looking for landscape lighting. <br />"
