"A large limb/portion of a massive silver maple tree fell on our property. We contacted Manny and he arrived the very same day, educated my wife and I regarding the health of the tree and his recommendations, provided a quote, and removed the tree all in the same visit! "It went very well. Bill replied quickly to my inquiry, and had a written estimate to me the same night that he came to the house to review the work I needed to have done. He was communicative throughout the entire process, helpful with design questions, and up front about all costs. Knowing I had dogs, Bill suggested we use a newer kind of sand that was especially durable. When it more than doubled the time they had to spend putting it in, the team worked past dark without complaint. They reseeded the yard where their equipment had left tracks and cleaned up after themselves nightly. Bill and his team were friendly but still very professional. Bill came out again the day after everything was installed to make sure I was still happy and the sand was curing properly. The patio is so gorgeous I sometimes just stare at it. Highly recommend Bill and his team."

"They came out promptly for an estimate with a very reasonable price for the work.  The work was completed within a couple weeks (bad weather in between) and the work was wonderful.  It was done while I was at work and they cleaned up so well afterwards that other than the beautiful landscaping, I never would have known they were here!  The work was professional and neat, and they put down a lot of mulch which was nice to see.  They even trimmed and shaped some bushes for no charge which was a pleasant surprise.  I will definitely use them again for all future landscaping needs and recommend them to anyone in the area. <br />"

"It went well, they came and did the job within a few days; however, now there are weeds growing through the stones/rocks... Not sure if the stones/rocks should have been hosed down prior to delivery - there seemed to have been clay/dirt within the stones/rocks, so of course, there were weeds in the dirt... They said they would come back and spray for "free". They also blamed the mowing clippings hitting the rocks; however, the weeds would not have formed that fast nor from just grass cuttings. This was an expensive job and I don't to start having spraying for weeds this soon after the job was completed."

"When I had another guy that came out and cut the trees down to centre block and these guys comes down.  When they took advantage of your ignorance or your situation; you can come into an accident so I won't use them again.  They tried to contact me thru email or phone to give me other landscaping service but they have the opportunity to show us their work but it blew us.  I'm not just giving you my testimonial; I'm not trying to help somebody but I'm just giving you the truth.  This guy should have not done the job because they normally don't do the normal work; this is where he overcharged me.  He should study their market and he should refer me to somebody who knows this market."

Mulch was replaced to nice thickness (in spite of the discovery of 2 hornet nests....2 cans emptied into nests). Very well executed job."
