Communication - 4/5 They were responsive and answered any questions I had. There was an instance where they didn?t get back to me until the next day, but they addressed my concerns when they did. Timeliness - 4/5 Besides the initial walkthrough and a follow-up visit, the crew arrived on time. Quality of work - 3/5 The picket fence looks great. There were a couple of gaps where the horizontal rails met the posts which they fixed with wood filler. There were some over pour of concrete on my already paved walkway which I cleaned up after they left. Some of the welds could have been done better but the installer assured me they are strong.
