"The big patio/walkway/entry project was completed in a timely manner. The results are breathtaking and friends family and neighbors can't believe it's the same backyard, I think I'm going to start charging admission! The tile is incredible, looks great, is durable, and organic, and made by nature yet put in place by Mr. Raypole to enhance the enjoyment of my home, strengthens the structural integrity of our foundation, and increase the value of our property significantly. Robert Raypole has demonstrated the ability to provide the best service, for a fair price, I sat through 7 different quotes from 7 different paver firms. I researched this patio project for two years, and decided on Travertine tile in a French pattern. The project was a medium sized patio that included an attached walkway and wrap around entry to the front of our home..all in Travertine. He made everything look fantastic, it is classic and will never fade. With 3 main drainage pipes underneath everything, they work great! Draining the bucketfuls of water perfectly during Hurricane Irma. Roberts decades of hands on experience far outweighed all other firms that I received bids from. We needed a new fence, Mr. Raypole installed thick, not flimsy white PVC fence with weatherproof stainless steel hardware, with two functioning gates on both side of our home, they work effortlessly. He is no pressure and likes helping people. I called him for weeks with different scenarios and he assist us in our preliminary stages. He was nice to my my family, my dog and my neighbors alike. He even patched up some rough spots on our exterior wall and finished up with his own two hands, I was there! He reset all of the sprinkler lines that were moved during the leveling and grading process. He is versed in many phases of construction and not afraid to get his hands dirty...thats the sign of a true professional. I trust Robert Raypole due to his kind nature of and level of concern for our wishes. He is the kind of person that would help change your tire if you were a neighbor. As a paver pro...The guy is inexhaustible in overcoming all obstacles to achieve your dream of backyard enhancement and usability. He even changed the grading of our backyard ( 5 truckloads of dirt removal, I could have never done this myself, no way ) so the flow of heavy rainfall water would travel quickly away from our home into the drainage system he designed to direct the immense flow of water into the street. He also put in a stone retaining wall that complemented the beautiful patio install. He was careful with our yard and more importantly our neighbors yard also. Mr. Raypole provided new lush green sod upon completion and his crew cleaned up with brooms and hosed off my driveway. They arrived early in the mornings to start work and usually completed the task and moved on to something else. Big projects like mine are not completed in a day, I was patient and did not bug him ( too much ) but when I"

"I recently had a project to replace my concrete driveway with pavers. Concrete driveways only last about 30 years, and mine was showing signs of wear and tear. I decided to go for a more durable and aesthetic option: pavers. Here is my review of the project and some tips for anyone who is considering doing the same. First of all, you need to find a reliable contractor who can do the job well. I was lucky to work with Ken DeMattos,(Kronos Construction) who was very professional and communicative. He kept me informed of the day-to-day progress and answered all my questions. He also gave me a reasonable quote and stuck to it. Secondly, you need to prepare yourself and your neighbors for the disruption that will come with the project. Replacing a driveway is not a simple task. It involves breaking up the old concrete, digging up the soil, laying down the base and the pavers, and filling in the gaps. It is noisy, dusty, and messy. It also takes about a week to complete. You should warn your neighbors in advance and apologize for any inconvenience. You should also find an alternative place to park your car during the project. I was fortunate that my neighbors were very understanding and helpful. They let me use their driveway while mine was under construction. Finally, you need to enjoy the results of your hard work and investment. Replacing your driveway with pavers is not something you do often, but it is worth it. Pavers are more durable, attractive, and easy to maintain than concrete. They also add value and curb appeal to your home. My new driveway looks absolutely amazing. I am very happy with how it turned out. If you are thinking of replacing your driveway with pavers, I hope this review was helpful. It is not an easy project, but it is rewarding in the end."
