"It was a little funny, because where I expected an estimate, workers showed up ready to install. There must have been a miscommunication in the office, because when I asked if there were any choices or considerations, they said they were told which units they were told to put in to replace the old ones. I really just wanted it done, and they worked for hours and did a great job, but when I questioned why it was so loud, it was explained that I had an older chain system. True, but I probably could have been upsold a newer system and/or doors.
