"He had great ideas and experience with sliding barn doors; he put one on my bathroom to meet my need for an accessible door by wheelchair. Glad I took all his recommendations."

"Cold air was leaking in under the doors of our 19th century front door threshold. Mr. Phalan devised a way to seal the leaky areas without marring the solid wood doors. He was communicative about scheduling, costs, timing and offers multiple solutions to tackle the problem. He also installed study closet shelves in 2 areas. We are definitely pleased with Phalan Construction and will be calling Bob again!"

"Great company to work with. I had a pipe removed from my roof (for a retired wooodstove), and their quote was almost half the price of the four I received. Anthony was very prompt to respond to my email requests, and was flexible with installation dates.Jose (roofer) came over, did a great job, and was incredibly clean and efficient. Precision also provided our front door, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Would definitely use them again, and referred my in laws as well (they did a great job with my in-laws front door). Precision even spoke to the HOA to ensure that the door my in laws wanted would be "accepted" prior to delivery/installation."

"Working with Ryan and his team was a great experience. From start to finish, he was incredibly easy to work with, professional, and responsive. He always kept us informed throughout the entire process. The quality of the work exceeded our expectations and our new bathroom looks great. We would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality work. Thank you for making this such a smooth and stress-free experience!"

"EXCELLENT SERVICE! Ari was amazing. He arrived on time during a giant snowstorm last week to install a washing machine and stayed until the job was done and cleaned up the site perfectly. Then he came back this week to install the dryer when I asked. I would hire him again in one second and would recommend him to all! He knows everything there is to know about all household construction, appliances, electric, you name it! Great personality, too."

"Had Frank install entry door and storm door. Although I thought it was a high estimate, I hired him. I was not disappointed. High quality workmanship, clean and trustworthy as I could not be at home that day. Very happy."

"This week Care Free Homes completed installing new replacement windows and building a new front and rear porch. The team was lead by Eddie, Josh and Jarraid. They were punctual, very pleasant, worked great as a team and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend this company. Thanks for a job well done Jean DePina"

"Oh, boy--Erick (and Tom, his guy) have done work for me on my 100-yr. old home, for over a decade! First job -- Erick alone--built a gorgeous deck...neighbors couldn't stay away. ...still getting compliments. Last two big jobs-- redid garage and installed electric doors, and custom tiled a bath everyone else wanted to "demo". . In-between took care of several other problems as they came up. Ask them for my phone number and I will tell you more. Absolutely nobody compares in terms of ease of communication, (and creativity) so you actually get what you want, or better."

"We had Zach replace a sliding patio door and a front storm door. The work was completed timely, neatly and all clean up was done by Zach. We are very happy with the work and will use Handyman again in the future."
