"Very good workers, fast, accurate and left everything clean and in order."

"Excellent work and finished in a timely manner. All debris was cleaned up and taken off property. Will hire again."

"First time hiring KDK Maintenance Co.. Everything was done in a professional manner. The owner Kyle came out to do the job & did we both did a walk thru around my 1 1/2 acre area of my fenced in yard. I only needed him to do mowing & fertilizer. I did all the weed wacking myself. I am super happy with this company. Made a maintenance schedule for this company to come back. My first time I used a professional to maintain my yard. I was very impressed when I talk with him for a price & how many times I wanted him to mow. Other companies only come out every 2 weeks . I needed someone to come out every 3 weeks. That was a plus to me. If your looking for a great professional to maintain your yard this is the company for you. You will not be disappointed."

"Professional and friendly as well as highly competent in removing trees and shrubs as estimated. I added a tree trimming request upon arrival. Results were above and beyond. I Said they could just put branches next to our burn pile and they cut them up to fit on the pile."

"Did a fantastic and detailed job. Impresses with professionalism."

"Workers were professional, thorough and cleaned up their work. I was especially pleased that the owner inspected the work during progress because I had an earlier experience with another company during which the owner never showed up after mking the quote. Also there were two instances where needed work was not obvious during pre-work walkthrough and they resonded well to the situation."

"After a very frustrating year and a half of being ripped off and lied to, this man showed up, did excellent work in a timely manner and went beyond expectations. Previous worker almost destroyed my custom made french doors. John salvaged and installed them beautifully. He also fixed the vintage picture window that another worker installed very badly. John has knowledge you can only learn from years in the business, we called them "tricks of the trade" and be amazed me several times. Thank you fir thus opportunity to sing his praises. Peace"
