"I was very nervous since I prepaid for half the job in February and they refused my calls until June. I was threatening towards them since they cashed my check and I had an event happening mid June. One week prior to the event, (3 days) they had come while I was at work and completed the job. I was shocked and amazed at the finished quality. Lots of complements from others and work was done well. Unfortunately many of my new shrubs and bushes have died and when I called, I was told they will not replace until the following Spring to see if they were only shocked. "It initially started out as a need to fix my front lawn,and re-do an area in front yard. They met with me to discuss what my options were for the lawn and the area to be re-done. They provided and estimate at that time. <br /> In May, they removed the overgrown bushes and then had me meet them at a local nursery where they pointed out plants and bushes that woudl work in this area. I made my selection, and we then loaded everything that was purchased and planted the same day. They let the homeowners help as much or little as they like. Jim explained the care of the plants as well as how to take care of bushes that had "mites". It looks great!! <br /> As we talked, I learned they also do stone work. I had a 12 year old wood deck that we built when the house was constructed and frankly was tired of staining, :). Again, I explained what I wanted we met at a local stone company and picked out the pavers and stone for thed walls. They came back in July and removed old bushes and grasses, the wood deck, prepped the base and laid a paver stone patio with 3 foot walls. Jim noticed my husband had placed field stone in an area near a garage, he made a suggestion to incorporate that into the front wall, which now can be used to plant perennials. <br /> Jim and Leo were prompt and professional. When a delays occured, infrequent, they notified me. I will continue to use them. As most may know, once you start renovating, you come up with more ideas as you go. :) <br /> <br /> <br />"
