Nolan Beery came down to Indianapolis to see the piers first hand - and covered them with their lifetime warranty. I was not the original owner that added the piers... they found the receipt that they did do the work many years ago for a previous owner of my home. "My first estimate said I needed helical piers and near $20,000. I hired a structural engineer & he said no piers needed and spelled out in detail how to repair the problem. Jay from basement cracks & Leaks was the one I chose after a few estimates. They were on time, completed the work early, did not disturb my plants and cleaned up well. They did the repair exactly as the engineer stated it should be done. While I paid the bill one man went to the basement to fill the crack, but it was a real sloppy mess. I paid and signed off, so had no hold on them to fix the mess. That night Jay stopped by in his own truck on his time off, cleaned up the sloppy mess & neatly refilled the crack. Legally he did not have to as I had paid and signed off. This company does what they say, does it well and stands by it's work. Highly recommended"
