For any job that is requiring an estimate for the insurance company. There will be a charge of $25.00 per estimate. IF I am awarded the job, this $25.00 will be deducted off of your final price. Unfortunately I've given FREE estimates in the past for these jobs, only to have the homeowner ONLY use me long enough to get the money from the insurance company & I never hear from them again. This is the only way I can see to keep it honest. I do all the work myself, I'm not an owner that goes out, gives you an estimate & then sends a crew of men to do the job. I do it myself. I rarely have the need to use an outside "subcontractor".
