It was a tough and dirty job, but the BRJ crew handled it with aplomb. Once work began it proceeded quickly and smoothly, finishing in about two working weeks, which was amazing considering the amount of work that needed to be done on this project. Ben and Neil and the rest of the crew were totally professional and a joy to work with, going above and beyond, even tackling some adjacent concerns while still coming in on time and under budget(!). The final product speaks for itself: rock solid, looking great (like a whole new room, really), and a pleasure to use now. Highly recommended!"

"To begin with the salesman told us most of the work would be done outside. Also the molding did not have to be removed. This was all wrong information. They did most of the work indoors. They did not put anything down on my runner or my wood floor. My runner and floors had to be steam cleaned. They destroyed the molding around the windows. The caulking is horrible. They were supposed to send us a survey. It was never sent to us because they knew we were not happy. No one from the company contacted us to see how things went. We have to call a finish contractor to replace the molding. This is not acceptable. I do not recommend this company. "
