The builder's electrician had messed up the wiring for a sump pump and when the alarm went off, Todd came immediately to the house to identify and fix the problem (even though it wasn't his fault) and he spent time calming my mom down and listening to her since she has had so many problems with the builder and was truly at her wits end. He was calm and compassionate and so far above what I have ever experienced from a trades person. He also walked through in detail the bid after there were questions about how he came up with the proposal price in order to make me feel comfortable, given how expensive it was. He also obtained the generator and all the parts on an expedited basis since we were moving in so quickly and he was flexible with his timing when the retaining wall couldn't be completed on time due to a huge spring snow storm. "Grant and his team did a great job.  Reece and Justin were the two who did the actual install/repair/re-installation of the flooring with Grant's oversight.  Grant was punctual with his timing on his estimate and the actual cost was what was agreed upon for the job.
