"Steve replaced three smoke detectors, one CO detector and one combination smoke and CO detector that I purchased. He also replaced an outlet that wasn’t working and installed a combination outlet and light switch where there was only a light switch. His brother-in-law helped him with the smoke detectors because he had shoulder surgery and wasn’t able to hold his arms up for any length of time. They were very professional and easy to work with. Sorry to take so long to review."

"I had them out in January 2016 and February 2017. Here is how it went: 2016 - had them over to install about a half dozen light fixtures, a can light above the upstairs shower, new bathroom fan units, rewire any switches that needed to be rewired to work with new fixtures and also install walkway lights. It was literally an all-day project but they were polite, focused, detailed and very good. They cleaned up well and went over everything on the bill with me before I paid. They will take all your old stuff away to recycle so make sure you let them know if you want any fixtures for sentimental value or resale. 2017 - had them finish installing the rest of the fixtures in the house and change out the track light in the living room. Another job very well done and they changed out the box for some of the light switches to add even more dimmers from the last time. I also had them install a huge light in the foyer which is about 18 feet high. They did it with just a ladder (the other guy was holding the ladder). This was also very well done and the entire house looks so much nicer."

Another company wanted to charge me $450 just to replace the broken line under the driveway. At no charge Quality Irrigation even put in a second new sleeve under my driveway in case I ever had another problem or wanted to pull a wire for outside landscape lighting. This service was done under the previous ownership and they did a very poor job. The service was so poor that I stopped using their services. I would not have given them a good rating but after they changed management I had them finish up the rest of the work that needed to be done. The difference in results between the two owners was night and day. I was very pleased with the latest results.
