The estimate was less than most of the other estimates we had received. They were within a week or two of the estimated time frame and completed the work for the amount that had been quoted. They were able to complete the work in one day. We had a minor issue with a roof overhang that had not been completed, but the crew was back out the next day and fixed the issue. "The man said our vents were causing water to leak into a bedroom, also they needed to caulk the roof above another room that was getting water in. Due to snow it took a few weeks for them to be able to look at our roof. They replaced the Two bathroom vents on top of the roof. The cost to replace the two vents was 300.00. It seamed expensive to me being i already paid 79.00 to inspect and do minor repairs. The total was 379.00 to inspect and replace Two rubber vents. The man I dealt with was very nice and nailed up a piece of siding that was coming off."
