"Gary did an awesome job; exceeded my expectations. His price was a lot less than I thought it would be for the work done -- very reasonable and fair. The inside of the storage closet, which is over 40 years old, was so rotted out and the doors would no longer slide open. Not only did he reinforce the outside structure itself, on the inside he installed two shelves w/brackets on one side and made & installed a tool storage rack for rakes, shovels, garden equipment, etc. Perfect design which he suggested and never crossed my mind because I was not confident that the inside closet could look like new. I couldn't be more pleased with the work done!"

"I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."
