They were done with my yard ( but a big yard) in 3 days. We had a budget and we talked to Leo about what we wanted and worked with us. New Pavers and concrete patio could be expensive, he gave ours an overlay and it looks great. The new fence looks great , and our crab apple trees is gone. They went above and beyond . I still call Leo to take a look at my grass because I am new to caring for newly layered sod grass , and he still calls me back and came out to look at my grass. Even after the job is done he is still dedicated and cares about his clients. Thank you Leo and your crew!"

"It was shocking to read comments of one unsatisfied customer, but there's always someone scamming and trying to take advantage of small business owners. Like a Karen who refuses to pay for food she ate, some people can't be pleased. Haters hate but my pavers look great. Our experience with Technites was excellent and our patio created a beautiful and welcoming outdoor living space that we love to use year round. I highly recommend using this friendly and hard working couple. They worked long hours in brutal heat and gave us a great price. We couldn't be more pleased with the results. Highly recommended!"

In the spring, his team re-leveled the entire lot, installed 2 patios with pavers, sod, a fence, prepped for a shed and put in a new asphalt driveway and vegetation. We are very happy with the final product."

"I contacted John's and received a quote via email from Toni, and felt the price was reasonable. While they have a year-round maintenance package (which would translate to a discount), I opted for a la carte services. They came out and raked out the shrub beds, dethatched the lawn, and picked up most of the bits of trash that were around the yard. Unfortunately, the de-thatching machine tore up some of the grass, down to the soil (it was admittedly thin coverage), and they missed some bits of trash (plastic grocery bags hanging in the shrubs), but overall it was well done. They sent a rep out to look at the mulching job to be done, and the job was done fine. There were some spots where there were weeds poking out through the mulch, but, overall, pretty good. I hired them to do weekly lawn mowing, and they've been out twice, and the grass looks good, though I do wish that they'd grab the bits of trash that accumulate in the yard. All-in-all, a solid lawn care company, and I'm happy to have them. The approximate cost of service above reflects the spring cleanup and mulch; the lawn mowing is done weekly for $45.

"I had some ugly concrete exterior stairs that I wanted removed. Justin gave me a quote and did the job the next day. His price was very reasonable. He show up on time, was professional, did the job quickly and cleaned up before he left. I would give him a 10 but 5 is all that is allowed. I would HIGHLY recommend The Cape Cod Mason. Brian has been working with stone for years and you can tell, They worked fast and everything was finished as promised on time.
