"We called Ranieri Construction because a combination of ground settling and a sloppy repair made our concrete pool deck not only cracked and uneven, but also unsightly. Lou Ranieri explained that they couldn’t fix the cracks as they were, but would have to remove the filler from the first repair, grind down the uneven surfaces and stain the whole surface to achieve an even color. Once the plan was in motion, Andrew Ranieri worked tirelessly to grind down and level all the surfaces – this man is a definite perfectionist and the even surface is better than we ever thought was possible. A skim coat was applied and, once hardened, the whole area was cleaned and stained. It’s beautiful! We can’t say enough about how diligent Lou and Andrew are in their, often backbreaking, work. Once completed, the work area was left spotlessly clean. "Working with Marcello and Madronas Bros was a delight. He was very responsive and was willing to work with us to adjust the scope of work to get the price within our budget. Their estimate was higher than the others we received, but the level of customer service and the professionalism of his team made this the best value by far. <br /> They redug and replaced 100 feet of exterior french drainage system in yard; including perforated pipe and gravel. They removed  the concrete single car garage floor and replaced with perforated piping and gravel, new concrete floor poured. <br /> They replaced some stonework on the front stairs, re-pointed the bricks, repaired the surface of the foundation and installed a 10 x 10 blue stone patio. The results exceeded my expectations. <br /> The crew kept the work site as clean and organized as they could, and Marcello always kept us in the loop as to what was happening and what to expect next. I will definitely use them again for any landscaping, stonework or drainage projects. <br />"
