"I contacted Josh at C3 for a quote to prepare and build a flat, level, 18' by 14' base on a slope framed with 3 levels of 6 x 6 timbers to retain 3 individual layers of premium quality aggregate for superior drainage and soil stability. His design was to insure the driest base environment to install a shed that will last far longer than other contractors I spoke with. I couldn't have been happier with my choice of C3. He and his crew were very professional and detailed in the work performed. Always on time and mindful of the surrounding work area and exceptionally detailed in their final cleanup of the site. "He was suppose to remove the shrubs from the Roots. He didn't answer he said that's not what they do but that's what I hired them for. He never completed the job but charged me full price. The shrubs came back an I had to hire someone to do the job over. Now 3 years later Angie is calling me to see if I want to resolve the complaint. I told them pay me $600 for the mess an re-do an I will resolve the complaint. So far I have heard nothing from the company, just like 3 years ago. Don't hire this company. They took my money an never finished the job. "

After struggling with various contractors who either failed to resolve our water issues or were unprofessional, DJ and his team truly stood out. DJ was incredibly helpful, patient, and responsive throughout the entire process. Our home is a ranch with 225 linear feet around the perimeter, and while other contractors insisted on installing a French drain for the entire length, DJ recommended a more targeted approach. He proposed installing the French drain for just 80 linear feet, focusing only on the areas where water intrusion was likely. "We used to love this service and gave them glowing reviews on Google in the past, but something has changed. Their customer service sucks, they don't apologize, don't call back etc. We had a hot water heater installed 2 years ago. It is still under warranty. Yesterday, 11/9/25, it broke and started leaking badly - still under a warranty from them. A.J. Perri advertises as they are 24/7 company, but they would not come yesterday and would promise us that first thing this morning, at 8 am, they would be knocking on the door. They never came, never called and never apologized. In fact, they have an attitude for misleading us and at 10 am mo one is here. The technician (do they only have 1 technician?) Is over 1 5 h away at another job. Customer service sucks with them really badly and now I feel as because we called them and voiced our dissatisfaction, no one will reach out to us or help us, while we are covered by their warranty. We had to pay for another service last night to pump"
