Eric works in my house when I am work and he leaves my house as clean as when he started. He has painted and done sheet rock in the majority of my home. He also power washed my garage floor! "Rich Lettorale, the owner of North Jersey Specialists and two workers, painted the exterior of our house. He provided an estimate, discussed details, and remained involved throughout the entire process. Despite a rainy period of many days, Rich worked continually to get the job done, and do it right. He kept us informed of progress, and was responsive to any questions or concerns we had along the way. Rich and his workers arrived early each day, and worked a full day. Workers were neat and careful, and did an excellent job. While their price was not the cheapest estimate we received, their work excellent. I have already recommended Rich to two other people and would certainly hire him again."

"Mauricio’s Construction did an excellent job on our garage project. Mauricio is very personable, easy to work with, and truly goes the extra mile to complete the job and make sure the customer is fully satisfied. The team removed debris, swept out the garage, cleaned and prepped the walls and ceiling, patched small holes, sanded surfaces, and properly primed everything before painting. They also took care of the doors and made sure the entire space looked clean, fresh, and professionally finished. Mauricio also helped us correct a town inspection issue by running the bathroom fan vent duct through the attic to the exterior, bringing the work into compliance. He handled it professionally and made sure the job was completed properly.
