We are family owned and operated. I have over 35 years of experience. I am a state licensed home builder, state licensed landscaper, and state licensed ornamental turf pest control. I carry workman's comp insurance and liability insurance. I have five employees. Payments can be made as follows: when job is complete, 30 days net, partial financing, draws, etc. We sometimes have pre-season and post-season promotional specials, repeat customer discounts, and sometimes referral incentives.

"Carson was recommended to me by a realtor. Initially every thing was great, he was quick to respond and took the job on short notice. We walked him through the property and explained what we wanted and he said it was no problem. After three weeks he said the job was done. The job included clearing and leveling the land for a house, compacting the dirt and testing, creating the driveway , clearing any trees that could fall on the house, and thinning the remaining trees to give a park like atmosphere. He did not do the compaction or testing, the driveway is only suitable for construction equipment, he did no tree clearing or thinning as asked. We spoke to him about it he lied to me and said he never agreed to any of that. Would never recommend him to anyone."

These work experiences have given us a good work ethic for doing what it takes to get the job done the right way and in a timely fashion. We have a wide range of things we are able to accomplish, but we focus and advertise the lawn care side primarily. We also can do small concrete projects, carpentry, licensed homebuilding, bush hogging, and french drains just to name a few. We are both born again Christians and are very firm in our faith. We are a very small business so we don't have hard and fast rules on billing procedures, therefore we are usually able to work around our customers needs for billing. We can give up front pricing for regular services, but we prefer hourly rates on odd jobs because we feel it is better for both the customer and us.
