"Elias Contruction provided a detailed estimate after inspecting the roof and making some qualified recommendations. The project required a few change orders that were not clarified in writing. I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."

"Jay was able to fix a cabinet door hinge that we thought was unfixable. We'd tried to fix it ourselves but couldn't find a matching hinge, even looking for one at cabinetparts.com. It took him a few hours and a trip to the hinge wholesaler to get a replacement for the hinges which are no longer made, but the door is perfect now. I'm pretty sure there are very few people with this type of expertise in Portland, so if you've got a tricky issue, his many years of experience will definitely serve to your advantage. Highly recommend!"

"This was the 2nd time we have used Pearl Painters, and we were again very satisfied. This project involved painting the walls and ceiling of a large bedroom and the master bathroom. Pearl responded quickly to our initial inquiry, visited our home, thoroughly examined the project site, made a video recording of the site and the work to be performed, and provided us with a detailed work scope along with a fair price. The communication was very good throughout the project. The project leader was Isaiah Hines, and he and Josie Robles worked all day and into the night to finish the entire project in one day.
