Some siding needed to be replaced and her carpenter quickly gave a separate quote for repairing this. We were traveling and they were flexible in working around our schedule. Ben the carpenter did a great job replacing dry rotted siding and a fence. There was one issue and he quickly resolved it. The paint crew led by Esteban did a quality job. They were thorough in the cleaning and other preparation. I noticed a missed spot or two, but they got back to these on their own without a mention from me. "The accent shingles on my house were very dirty and the paint on my front door was blistering and chipping away. I wanted the two to be a single color complementing the color of the house. I got bids from several contractors; all were pretty much in line with each other in terms of prices. There were two factors in my choice to go with Absolute Painting an Power Washing. First, the reviews I read from various sources shows their quality is stellar; second, their color consultant spent the time necessary with me to choose the right color ( not included in the bid ). They spent two full days stripping the door of its old paint, and then prepping and applying primer and paint to the shingles and door. When all was done, I was amazed at how it turned out. "From estimation to completion, Greenleaf Painting was friendly and competent.  Sean provided a complete and thorough estimate, walking me through the entire process. And while we had scheduled them to start on August 11, they actually came a week early. There was some confusion in the scheduling, but Greenleaf was quite apologetic, and gave us a few days to get ready (I had to rip out a deck before they could start, because we wanted them to get the cedar shakes that would be exposed after we ripped out the deck).  <br /> After that little issue, Greenleaf was great. Dwayne was willing to replace a few cedar shakes. Another estimator from another company refused to do so, telling me that I had to take care of that before they could start. I was so impressed with how industriously Daniel and Russell scraped my house! They knocked out the prep work in two days, and then took another two days to paint and a day for touching up and making it perfect.  <br /> They checked several times to make sure I was happy and asked me to call them if I have any questions or concerns, that they'd be happy to take care of any issues that come up.  <br /> I am so happy with the outcome of my house.
