"When Thomas Roberts came, I was impressed with everything he said and signed up for Redo to remodel my kitchen. Unfortunately, almost nothing he promised was true. My project started on 9/29 and wasn?t finished until 11/20?I was without a kitchen for 52 days. The first installer did incredibly sloppy work, and their ?solution? was to cover mistakes with trim pieces. They even put the cabinet doors on upside down. Eventually, they had to redo all the cabinet doors and make multiple trips. It was obvious they had no idea what they were doing. They installed a defective faucet from some off-brand and left me with a leak for 4 weeks. When I called after two weeks of hearing nothing, Ashley told me, ?I have no idea what faucet you have.? The work was bad. The customer service was even worse. This was a nightmare from start to finish, and every time I look at my kitchen, I regret using Redo. Do yourself a favor?stay far away from this company."

"A & B Coatings installed a flake floor system in our finished basement and it turned out so great we asked them to install matching flooring on the stairs of our open staircase. They answered our questions and were very responsive. Their service and communication was great. The floor system looks really nice â we love it and weâ ve gotten a lot of compliments on it. Some perks about this type of flooring: (1) The stairs have a great no-slip texture. (2) It looks much better than a plain epoxy or paint finish and easily as nice as the carpet we had previously. (3) The flake flooring in our basement is much warmer than I expected; certainly warmer than the ceramic tile we have in the bathroom. (4) Itâ s easy to take care of and the pattern in the flake doesnâ t show dust/dirt easily. (5) We quoted new carpet for other bedrooms in our house and that confirmed the pricing on the flake flooring system is reasonable, especially considering the durability of this flooring vs. carpet. "This was residential however I could not find residential kitchen remodel on your list. I contacted the company several years ago when these things started to occur the laminate peeling away from the cabinets the cracks in the laminate starting to curl. I was told when somebody will get back with you. We don?t do that anymore. However, $15,000 should?ve covered something on a lifetime warranty. They did the job twice initially because they did such a bad job with the first install installation. Very clearly, I?ve gotten no response from the company they act like they don?t know who I am. And they?ve done that since the second installation. "
