"Our kitchen water faucet was installed two months ago by Mr Fix it Handyman. It became loose and twisted 90 degrees. We contacted Lorenzo for the repair. He arrived the next day and quickly determined that the original product was defective. He advised us to return defective part (faucet) and recommended a more reliable faucet which was very affordable (under $100). He said he would wait for me to run to the store and purchase the replacement faucet at no extra cost. I purchased the recommended product (and was able to return defective one according to his instructions) and he was then able to install it immediately at no charge or fee. It’s comforting to know that there is an honest and reliable contractor we can call and not get taken advantage of or give us the run around. We have utilized his services previously and recommend him highly for all big and small home Improvements."

I called him in January and despite the anticipated tariffs, he was able to come really close to last year's quote.
