The day of the install, a team of 9 installers and 2 site managers arrived and walked me thru every detail to make sure I completely understood exactly what was going to transpire and once again, they professionally answered any questions I had. One site manager remained throughout the entire installation to make sure everything went seamlessly, and it did. The entire install for our home took 2.5 days without ANY issues or problems whatsoever. 4600 square foot home with steep roof lines. At the end of the project, the entire team cleaned our property perfectly, with great detail and it looked like no one was even here. Our house looked absolutely AMAZING when they were finished!!! We couldn't be happier. And finally, 2 days later, their final step is to send someone to do one last fine-tooth clean up just to be 100% sure everything they could find, such as one remaining nail or piece of paper was removed and thrown away. HONESTLY, I could not be happier with the entire working relationship with Rhino Back Roofing...they are wonderful to work with, honest, extremely helpful, very customer service oriented and will jump thru hoops to make the customer as comfortable as possible with projects such as replacing one's roof.
