"The front sidewalk that G&B Construction replaced for us is absolutely amazing and has held up well in both the hot and cold weather! George and his crew were very skillful at creating a slight curve in the sidewalk (before the turn was at a 90 degree angle) and a flare at the driveway that really makes the front sidewalk look so much more inviting and welcoming. They also banked the sidewalk for better drainage and raised it up so that there was a much smaller step up onto the front porch. The crew that came out to the house was very nice and professional! They worked really hard to keep the driveway clean while bringing loads of wet concrete to the sidewalk location. Rachel, the office manager, was also really helpful in getting this project organized. I am very happy that we hired G&B Construction and have shared our experience with our neighbors. If I need any more concrete work done, I will definitely call them again!"

"We were very happy with the service from Andrew and AB Graham contracting. Andrew is extremely responsive and reliable. On the day Andrew was to come over our house to give an estimate, there was a big snowstorm and we did not expect him to come that evening. But he came and reviewed what was needed to be done and he explained in great detail the options and the pluses and minuses for each option, despite the trouble he had to get to our home in the snow. We felt very comfortable with him. He made excellent suggestions which made sense and were cost-effective. Andrew and his co-workers did a fantastic job, which included painting and re-flooring the laundry room and putting up new dry wall in the garage. We were also impressed by the following facts: eg, Andrew had fixed some "extra" small problems that he discovered during his contracted repair work; in addition, he tried to use the best material for the work within the price range. "My brother’s basement flooded from a malfunctioning valve in his washing machine. There was a great deal of water that sat for some time before the issue was discovered. Fortunately, I knew just who to call when he needed a hand. I called MSI and spoke to the owner Joe, who arrived with his crew at my brother’s home within an hour. They were very considerate of the current safety recommendation and wore masks and gloves during our entire encounter and went to work immediately. Among easing our anxiety, they extracted all of the water, cleaned, and dried the basement, leaving some drying equipment behind to ensure that nothing was left soiled. When Joe came back to pick up his equipment, he also checked over everything thoroughly and performed mold testing. It’s tough to find thorough, affordable, and reliable companies anymore, but Joe and his team exceeded all of our expectations time and time again. Thanks so much guys!"
