He had a quote to us that night, and got us on their schedule in a week. Although they were a bit late for appointment, they did advise earlier in the day that they would. "John at TTS was so nice. He estimated the project in two parts. After he examined it further on the day the work was completed, it turned out that we didn't need to replace the main breaker. I appreciate his honesty that changing it was unnecessary. So we were able to complete the outlet replacements without doing the breaker. The outlets were a little tricky because it's an old home with old wiring. However, John was able to sort it all out. Ultimately, the project came in at a lower cost, which was great!
