"Chase mounted metal panels on the underside of my deck in early 2025 to waterproof the porch below. He showed up irregularly, and charged high prices for shoddy work with exposed rough edges and large gaps between the panels. I wasn't happy with the work and questioned him about the integrity of the roof. He promised to fix any problems immediately. At the first hard rain, the roof leaked! I videoed the major leak and sent it to Chase. He responded by suggesting I fix it myself!! It is leaking in many places now, and I will probably have to seek a legal remedy since Chase doesn't return calls. Worse than nothing!"
