He comes when he says he will and does what he says he'll do. The chemicals he used did a fantastic job and it smells so clean outside! He's honest and upfront- we trust him. He will tell you if something shouldn't be washed or if something isn't needed. We have a retaining wall that's older, is crumbly from moisture, and had moss growing on it. He gently washed that retaining wall and we can't believe the difference! Matt takes pride in his work and makes sure you're satisfied with the job. I noticed on social media that Extreme Clean cleaned a school playground for free, to give back to the community! You can tell there is a servant's heart driving the Extreme Clean company. "#1 - I called what I thought was a local company only to learn all arrangements were handled by an out of state entity (Budget Dumpster). This lead to problems of mis-communication and "passing of the buck" when a problem arose. #2 - A new hire was sent to deliver the roll off. Miscommunication - driver did not call prior to delivery as I was told nor did he receive instructions as to which driveway the roll off was to be dropped. He tried to deliver it in pouring rain onto a non-gravel driveway which caused extensive damage to it and the landscaping along it. This left vegetation with exposed roots on a night when the temp dropped into the 20-30s (March 20th). I caught him before he did further damage and told him where to drop the roll off. It was clear to me that he had little experience at backing this type of equipment! Oh, the roll-off had "Green Cube Solutions" on the side not "Budget Dumpster". I called the company immediately to register a complaint and was told to email photos of damage. I was told I would receive a call in the morning since it was now 5:30 pm. The next morning I received a call first from Budget Dumpster and then from Green Cube. I learned from the woman at Green Cube that the driver had been on the job for one week and that they had their own landscaper. They would send them "sometime". I asked for a time frame but she could not give me one! Later in the day a landscaping group I had hired to clean up the yard stopped by briefly and saw the damage. They said they could fix it right then. Since the forecast called for another night of below freezing temperatures, I told them to go ahead. When I called late in the afternoon to tell the customer service person at Green Cube that the damaged had been fixed and how much I was charged, she became irate and said I should have called them. (At the time I needed to make that decision, their phone number was not handy plus the landscaping crew were en route to another job and needed a quick decision.) I explained to her that I needed to decide quickly especially with the weather forecast. She made further angry remarks and said they would not reimburse me, at which point, I asked to speak with a supervisor but was told that person was out of the office. I asked for a call from the supervisor/ manager, but never received one. I called Budget Dumpster and explained to them what transpired. Their attitude was that it wasn't their problem and had to be worked out with the local company. I tried again to speak with a manager at Green Cube but never received a return call! Two weeks or so later, I found a local company and rented a 2-yard dumpster for the same price as I was charged by these people. They were also much more responsive to my needs! I cannot recommend Green Cube Solutions!!"
