"What a great experience! Scheduling was a breeze; and the plumber, Owen, arrived on time, well within the window after a call that he was on his way. I originally scheduled them to install a touchless kitchen faucet I had purchased; when he was here, I inquired about replacing the garbage disposal and then he noted some issues with my current kitchen sink traps (which were clear to see when he pointed them out). Owen was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional; and he immediately flexed from my initial faucet installation request to add the other two items to the scope. "I had two toilets (provided by JP) and washlet toilet seats installed and the related shutoff valves replaced. Ernesto provided great quotes. While there, he also installed two lines for icemakers, noticed a leaking valve to a hose bib and fixed it for a very reasonable price, and gave a great quote for a water heater. All told, I got everything I asked Len the Plumber to quote plus a few extras for less than half the price I was quoted by them. I had him install a new water heater for about 2/3 of the estimates I'd seen for doing so. When I had a dryer delivered today, one of the delivery men complemented the plumbing on it out of the blue. They were delayed an hour or so on the second day of work, but they kept me appraised of the timing and stayed into early evening to finish that day. I'm not even knocking half a star off for that--they knew I was flexible in timing, and I assume they were delayed to finish up for another customer they probably served just as well as me. Everything was cleaned up afterwards, everything works great, and I heartily recommend Ernesto and the JP Plumbing crew for any plumbing work you might have."

"I obtained three bids for the above work. One charged $75 to do the estimate. All were listed with A rating in Angies. Two of the providers proposed Hot Water heaters that had only with 6 yr warranties and were $150 to $200 more than Woodbridge Plumbing's estimate for an installed 8 yr Hot Water heater by the same manufacturer. WP has very, very responsive office personnel and Techs who answered all my questions via phone and backed it up with emails. The install of the faucet was even below initial estimate-how rare is that.... Their crew arrived on time and did an excellent job very quickly and neatly. No pressure or hype. Just really good service by competent, courteous staff and techs."

"WOW!!!  From the initial contact via email we were provided with a detailed answer to every question we asked by Jake's wife, Dawn.  She gave us a price for what we wanted done immediately and that price didn't change after the work was done.  We knew the exact name and model number of the filter we were getting before we even set up the appointment.  We were given the price that included the filter and installation.  We shopped around and did further research for a couple of weeks before deciding to get the work done.  We contacted Dawn again and she was super helpful and provided the phone number that we needed to speak with Yolanda to get added to Jake's schedule.  Yolanda was very professional and worked with me to find a date that worked with Jake's schedule and ours.  We knew that they take pride in their company just from our initial contact and setting up our appointment.  Our appointment was scheduled and Jake arrived between the one hour time frame we were given.  He was polite, professional, and very helpful.  Jake installed our whole house filter and cleaned up everything.  His work is very neat and professional.  Jake took time after installing to go over everything we needed to know about the filter as we took notes.  He also let us know that if we had any questions in the future that we could call him or email Dawn.  I honestly feel that he truly meant that and would be more than willing to answer any question that came up later.  We definitely found the best plumbing service!  Jake takes pride in his work and it shows in the business that he runs.  We will definitely use A-Master Plumbing for our next project.
