Another company wanted to charge me $450 just to replace the broken line under the driveway. At no charge Quality Irrigation even put in a second new sleeve under my driveway in case I ever had another problem or wanted to pull a wire for outside landscape lighting. "The installer arrived on time. All of the installation proceeded without any complications. The installer provided documentation for the installed device that afforded us our warranty. I should have asked more questions about the device. It offers a one time protection against a catastrophic surge event. It is not a device that can be reset and used after the occurence of such an event. I would have like to have known this prior to purchase. I may have investigated further options and chosen otherwise. The installer was extremely professional and I would recommend him in the future and call upon him for further electrical service work. <br />"

"We live in a 90 year old home with lead galss windows.  We have large french windows at the top of our stairway.   We have lived here for 6 years and there has never been a storm window protecting the lead glass.  Paul devised a way to install a plexi glass covering that will protect the windows this winter yet is virtually invisble.  I had spoken to 3 or 4 guys about any ideas to fix this situation, and nobody could come up with a reasonable idea other than replacing all of the windows.   Since I couldn't find a comparable solution, I don't have anything to compare to from a price perspective, but gien this was a custom job and took some time in design and fabrication plus installation, I think the price was very reasonable. <br />"

"These guys were truly exceptional. We were hesitant to even get an estimate from them because, since all they do is lighting, we figured they would be significantly more expensive than a landscaping company. We were wrong, they actually came in lower than both quotes we got from landscapers. I would say that they gave us a fair price, simple as that. The work they did was incredibly artistic. They have it down to a science and they nailed everything we asked them to. They came back out twice to make minor adjustments in a reasonable amount of time, and would have come back as many times as we needed. One thing to note, their fixtures all have lifetime warranties. You simply will not get anywhere near that from a landscaper. The wiring they did in the garage where they placed the control panel was immaculate. Totally professional looking. The installer was really approachable, wanted us to be happy (you could tell). This company does a demonstration at your home before you agree to anything, and I highly recommend that. The project in its permanent state looks better than the demo but it really gives you an idea of what they can do and what it is like to work with them. Can't recommend them highly enough. If you're doing a lighting project, make sure you call them. <br />"

Jeff and Dean came out and I decided to have them do the main jobs and added the cans at the last minute, it was an impulse purchase.
