"Window King is one of the top rated window contractors in my area, so I scheduled an appointment with them, as well as with the other two top rated companies. I met with Window King first, and immediately liked their punctuality and professionalism. Nick, the owner, is very personable. Anyone would appreciate his no pressure sales approach. I know I did. Even after being in the business for so many years, he understands that most of us know nothing about windows and so he takes his time discussing our wants and needs, his products, and by the end of the appointment he provides a thoughtful recommendation and quote. Note, all this is done without overwhelming us with too many facts and numbers. Yes, he mentioned the values and stood behind the quality of his products when compared to the BIG NAME BRAND windows, but he preferred we take the fact sheets provided and do our own comparisons (which I was going to do anyway). I'm a skeptic so I was going to do my own comparisons. After meeting with the other top rated contractors, I decided to go with Window King for the following reasons: 1) OKNA 500 series window's ratings are equal to or better than almost any replacement double hung window out there. 2) Window King's quote was cheaper and included more work than his competition, even when comparing the exact window. 3) OKNA manufacturer Lifetime Warranty. 4) Years in business. 5) Work isn't subcontracted. I was not disappointed with the installation. In fact, I was very happy. The crew was punctual, professional, courteous, and they finished in 2 days which was amazing considering the scope of the project. Their attention to detail was second to none. The windows were installed properly, they cleaned up after themselves, and made sure we understood how to operate the windows before leaving. During the install, Nick even stopped in to make sure we were satisfied. I'm planning on installing a bow window in my den by next year, so I'll be using them again without a doubt. I will not hesitate recommending them to friends and family."

He replaced my kitchen cabinet doors, he installed my new bathroom: including vanity, medicine cabinet, light fixture, tile flooring, and toilet. All came out perfect. Daler arrived early and started work immediately, removing the old air conditioner and installing the new one with conscientious attention to detail and great care to do so without damaging the window frame. His young daughter Robia was also there, handing Daler the correct tools and paying close attention to his work; she is already a top-notch assistant to her Dad! The AC is now securely installed and Daler also took the time to install weather-stripping when he noticed that our window frame was just a tiny bit uneven. "Danny and his team did a great job, were very friendly, and finished on time as promised. In addition to built-ins in the living room, we also had radiator covers and baseboard installed. The built-ins and radiator covers were completely custom and Danny and his carpenter, Jaime, were great in providing recommendations for both functionality and styling as well. We were especially thankful when we ran into an issue with the baseboard. Unfortunately, the baseboard we selected did not cover the cork in all places. With over 80% of the baseboard installed (including moving and returning all furniture), Danny offered to install shoe molding which would cover the exposed cork. A change like this certainly would have been an opportunity to get additional money out of us, but Danny offered to install at cost which was just a couple hundred dollars in more than the originally quoted price. We would definitely recommend Danny, Jaime, and his entire team to anyone looking for quality work."

"Couldn't recommend more highly! I left my stormdoor slightly ajar during a windstorm and it was almost ripped off the hinges. Danian responded quickly, provided an estimate and had a new door sourced and installed in no time (he even came out after hours to deliver the door and took time and care to install it, despite the freezing weather, on a weekend). The cost was exactly as quoted and extremely reasonable, particularly given the quality of the work."
