"Matt took care of several small projects the first day and will be returning for several bigger fixes. He did an excellent job on the small stuff and I am looking forward to having him complete several bigger repairs once the materials are delivered.(Any delay is on my end.) He reviewed the upcoming projects thoroughly and gave me reasonable cost estimates. He will be repairing some damaged basement paneling from the 70s, replacing a lot of basement ceiling tiles from the same era, and installing new kitchen ceiling lighting. We are also talking about replacing windows in one bedroom and he has been very helpful in providing info on options., making my choice easier. "Overll they did a fair job.The house my sister was moving in to was pretty dirty with a heavy smoke smell.They washed down all the ceilings and walls,cleaned the refridgerator inside and out.It was in a way over due cleaning! They quoted a price of 150-200 for a 4 hr 2 man job. Then after they were done they said they charged .50 a mile so it added another $50. They missed a few things but they worked very hard and were very courteous!! I had to clean a few things that they skipped over but...Needless to say the house looks much cleaner and smells so much better."
