We decided to wait on the job for a few months and he was not pushy at all and we were promptly scheduled once we were ready. They properly soft washed the stucco on our home, power washed mildew form the siding on the rest of the house. Our deck was a mess and it now looks amazing! Our white picket fence was covered with dirt, mold and rust stains from the irrigation system. We have an acre of land so the back yard is surrounded by a lot of fence. Although I was subsequently yelled at for spending the money, to me, the work performed was very worth the price paid.
