"Please find a copy of the letter we sent to The Pool Shop, Plainfield, IN, upon completion of project, which took place in the fall of 2015 in the Fishers area. 
We wanted to take time to write this letter to let you know how pleased we are with The Pool Shop and your customer-focused employees who helped make our recent pool installation a rewarding experience.
Chris Ray led the project team for our pool installation.  We understand this was one of his first assignments as ?the lead.? 
Chris was absolutely fantastic!   He was very communicative, responsive and he took the time to help us understand every step along the process.  We could see that he felt ownership to ensuring we were pleased with our decision to hire The Pool Shop ? always considering our needs first and helping us make the right decisions from design to finish.  He helped us consider all
options and followed through with even the smallest details. 
We also have to give high marks to your sub-contractor, Justin Grounds of Grounds Quality Lawn Care. 
His vision and openness to listen to us ? even as things changed in the middle of the installation?was exceptional. 
He created a backyard attraction that enhanced the pool and the landscaping, making our new recreational area a jaw dropping attraction. 
Finally, we must complement The Pool Shop and Grounds for hiring great support crews.  Both teams worked very quickly and their attention to details were outstanding.  In addition, they were also very friendly and considerate.  The professionalism they
displayed represented both companies extremely well ? adding to even more satisfaction we experienced during the installation. 
 
Spring is just around the corner.  We look forward to attending Pool School and enjoying our new backyard experience next season.

"Brian and his team are amazing! He is so knowledgeable about what plants, trees and shrubs thrive in sun or shade, which ones like damp soil, and what is hardy enough to thrive in Indiana. His landscape design skills were so helpful. We wanted some plants that were atypical, i.e. no boxwoods, and he gave us great ideas to use as substitutes. He even called me 4 months after we installed the plants to check in and make sure we were happy. You cannot go wrong with Scenic Green or Brian Jones: they have the skills, the manpower and the follow-through to make any project a success."

"Can’t say enough good things!!! Hired Oscar & his crew to take up old landscape edging & replace with pavers, box in existing flowerbed & replace rotted railroad ties at back of property. The temperature & humidity were terrible but it didn’t slow these guys down. They were here for 2 1/2 days & were willing to do anything I asked. At the end of each day they cleaned up the property taking away any debris. In the end my property landscaping looks brand new & I am very pleased. I would HIGHLY recommend!!!"

They came out in a timely way for the estimate and when we finallly decided to go with them they completed the construction in 2 days. While I was hesitant to agree to this deal, it was among the better ones I found for the area. Since signing on we have had three events in less than a month and they have shown up and have done the work that was promised.
