"Repair went very well. Mitch and Kevin came out on the same day we called them (Tuesday) and did a temporary patch around a leaking vent on the roof. Their repair team out the following Thursday with a new vent, shingles, and repair items and performed the repair within an hour. They helped me hire a public adjuster and would periodically check-in with me to assure me that I hadn't been forgotten and that the adjuster was still working on my case.
