"Reason for 1 star: Because it did not allow me to put 0 star. I placed order for a pergola with full payment in May-2023. It has been almost 3 months (Aug-2023) and they are yet to deliver engineering drawing and schedule installation. NO ONE IN THIS COMPANY HAS COURTESY TO COMMUNICATE WITH THE CUSTOMERS. No has proactively followed up with me about the timelines. I have asked multiple times over emails and messaging, and they keep saying next week, but nothing moves. I have had emails with almost 6-8 people from sales, customer services, etc.. on the thread, but no one cares to respond. Delays are acceptable with appropriate reasoning, but poor customer service and ignoring customers is not acceptable."

"In the Spring/Early Summer of 2018, Huff Roofing repaired/replaced several vents on my roof. The total cost was $600. Several Vents were removed and reset and sealed to fix the leak. On June 26, I contacted Huff because one of the vents were observed leaking after a storm. He said he would contact me by that weekend to arrange a time to look at the problem. He never called or made an effort to correct the issue. On August 26, I contacted him again. Another storm cause water to leak into the house from the same roof vent. Mr. Kevin Huff told me that he would contact me be Saturday Aug 31st, 2019 to make arrangements to inspect the damage. Mr. Huff failed to contact me and make arrangements. I have contacted another repair company to fix the leak."

"They were contracted to build a inground cement pool n spa. They size was to be a 15 x 26 pool 3ft to 6ft with a 3 inch water deck. That's not what I got. It is close to 15 x 26 over all but it is 6'6" deep and the water ledge is 13 inches deep. Cant even sit a lounge chair it to sun bathe. When I ask to speak to the owner Lupe said he was the owner and I ask him what is he going to do a out their mistake? He said there is nothing they can do. And now the pump isn't working and been trying for 2 days to get them out here to fix it. No one shows up. Very unprofessional, when I googled the company it says that someone named Arnie owns the company, ???? This pool was supose to be done sept 9th and they didn't get done till Nov 26 and it still isn't right and I haven't even got to use it. And it cost 53k. That's alot of wasted money. Would never recommend this company."
